Bring a sketch, a photograph, a stone you own, or a piece you want remade. We will present three design options within 72 hours. Turnaround is 4 to 6 weeks. All commissions carry the same hallmark and certification as floor stock.
Bring any AGN piece in for ultrasonic cleaning and polishing — complimentary, once a year. The setting will be checked, the prongs inspected, and the stone verified for security before the piece goes back in the box.
For bridal selections, diamond commissions, and high-value purchases, we offer a two-hour private appointment at the showroom — one client at a time, the full collection laid on the table, no floor traffic, no time pressure.
